What is chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a natural form of healthcare that identifies and corrects misalignments of the spine using gentle force applied to specific parts of spinal segments.

The nervous system

Your nervous system is the most important system contained in your body.  It controls every other cell, tissue, muscle and organ in your body.

Your nervous system is both under your direct control (e.g. allowing movement of muscles), and indirect control (e.g. maintaining the beating of your heart).

Without your nervous system there would not be life; and without a proper functioning nervous system you are not living life optimally.

How does chiropractic help?

When misalignments of your spine occur (termed subluxations), poor function or health can result.

By realigning your spine, your chiropractor is able to relieve pressure on the nearby nerves and help restore proper function or health as your body is able to better communicate with itself.
